My stay at Hotel The Grand At Moon Palace was mostly pretty chill, but there were a couple of hiccups that held it back. The amenities were great, and the rooms were really spacious and comfortable. However, the service could use a bit more attention, as I found myself waiting longer than expected in a few situations.
The room was huge and had everything I needed, from a comfy bed to luxurious toiletries that made my stay feel extra special.
While the staff was friendly, the service at the bars took longer than I was hoping, especially during peak times.
The hotel is right by the beach, giving me easy access to awesome views and relaxation on the sand.
I loved the variety of dining options, especially the fresh Marche products that made every meal feel unique.
The facilities were impressive, with great pools and other activities that kept me entertained throughout my stay.

My stay at Hotel The Grand At Moon Palace was nice thanks to its luxurious amenities, although I faced some challenges with the dining options during peak hours. The service was generally attentive and friendly, but it sometimes felt overwhelmed with the number of guests.

My stay at Hotel The Grand At Moon Palace was a luxurious escape filled with beautiful amenities and delicious dining options, though the service could occasionally be slower than expected. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, but some aspects could use a bit of improvement. 🌴✨
